We have prepared a set of statements informed by feedback received from educators, professionals and families across the country to date.
Please indicate whether each statement reflects your experience. You will have an opportunity at the end to share examples or any additional context you feel is important.
Your submission will help us verify emerging patterns of feedback and build a clearer picture of how Local Authority SEND services are currently being delivered in schools across England.
Your responses will feed directly into evidence submitted to MPs, the Education Secretary, the Education Select Committee, the Department for Education, and other key national SEND stakeholders including including government advisers and policy decision-makers.
🔒Your responses are fully anonymous - no personal or identifiable data is collected
Data will be collated and analysed as a collective dataset. Where provided, comments may be shared verbatim to illustrate findings, but no identifying or attributable data is collected.
We do not collect names, email addresses, school details, IP addresses, or metadata.
Nothing you share will be attributable to you or your school.
Measure What Matters. is an independent public initiative examining transparency, accountability, and ethics across local government and the delivery of public services- beginning with SEND, where systemic failure is most visible.
We draw on lived experience, verifiable data, professional expertise, and community insight to understand how public services are really performing, and to ensure that national discussion reflects what is actually happening on the ground.
